  • Plug-in the drain pipe and close the valve.
  • Pour radiator flush (cleaner) to the radiator and reservoir bottle. Fill the radiator with water upto max level.
  • Switch On the engine, and let it attain the standard operating temperature.
  • You may notice drop in water level below minimum level. Switch off the engine let it cool down and top up water upto max level.
  • Start again the engine, after 10 to 15 minutes turn off it. Let it cool down.
  • Open drain valve and flush all the cleaning liquid.
  • Put tap water through radiator mouth and drain through drain valve. Notice until clear water comes out from drain valve.
  • Connect drain pipe to radiator, tight it with a clip.
  • Pour new coolant in volume recommended by manufacturer. In addition, fill up reservoir bottle upto max level.
  • For peace of mind check the level of coolant after a drive of 40 to 50 km. If a little bit low level, fill it properly.
